Bay Club of Sandestin

We thoroughly enjoyed our December stay. While the facilities have a bit of an old-school charm, our condo was well-maintained with fresh updates and plenty of supplies. The king-sized bed was super comfy, and the peaceful nights were a welcome respite. Though we didn't have a view, the lovely grounds and nearby bay more than made up for it. The heated pool was a bonus, and the check-in process was a breeze.

We are satisfied with everything. The front office manager, Kiana and her son the maintenance were very helpful to us when we had the flat tire on our second day. They went above and beyond the duties of hospitality personnel. We also love that they have the tram that we can ride to the beach and shoppings.

Been coming here for years love it here. My Nice getaway. I cant say quiet anymore because trucks are coming in and out from the back all day and night making deliverys. They have taking alot of the extra things out. Blue book was in the room to break down everything you need to know now gone. You have washers and dryer to use but the staff has them all filled up cleaning towels sadly, so its not very convenient anymore like it used to be. Cafe was next door not there away more. The fees go up often but not alot has changed with that rise. Still they have great views depending on where your room is. I love having coffee by the water from my balcony.

Would come here again. Great location, front desk staff member exceptional...can't remember his name but he was on duty 2-14-26. Beautiful views.

Average experience overall but there was some hair in some of the bowls, the dishwasher drain was also not working, all of the housekeeping people left early every night and people were not at the front desk at certain times

I am a single woman who travels alone. I am an owner- partner, but that never guarantees a good stay. However the Bay Club of Sandestin is a wonderful safe and beautiful place to stay. The amenities in the room and on the property allowed me to stay in for the week and not really seek other entertainment. I had a relaxing jet tub in my room and laundry conveniences close by. It is important for my safety security and enjoyment that i'm able to be stationary during a vacation; and able to enjoy walks around the property and the beautiful bay. It was also private with few interruptions to sleep and peace. The shuttle was available for me to go on or off property.And I appreciated that. Thank you Bay Club of Sandestin! God bless you all.

Nice gated location. Very well maintained area of hotels and residential area. Hotel rooms are dated but clean. Staff are helpful and polite. Elevators or stairways with handicap entrance double doors and ample parking in open area.

If you are accustomed to motels this is upscale paradise. If you are a Wyndham family then this is not all you are accustomed too. The property is great, quiet, many activities and beautiful scenery. Since it’s not managed by Wyndham the furnishings- furniture, dishes, pots, bathrooms, and things Wyndham owners are used too are not the same quality. Coffee, filters, dish soap, paper towels, nice linens are not here. It provides a nice stay for family but just not the same quality as Wyndham managed.
